Tai Chi Class
Come and join us at 8:30 Wednesday to learn a little about Tai Chi and Chi Gong exercise. It will last for about an hour and fifteen minutes and we will have fun, be refreshed and perhaps even gain a new perspective on some facets of Chinese culture. All you need are some comfortable clothes and a willingness to learn. Hope to see you there.
